• Minimum sheet size is 13" x 20"
• Maximum sheet size is 38" x 50"
• Minimum sheet weight 70# book
• Maximum sheet weight 24 pt.
• U.V. can only be applied to coated press sheets
• All inks must be UV compatible and completely dry.
• Metallic inks are not receptive to coating. Imitation metallics are
  recommended, but must be tested
• Alkaline pigments such as reflex blue, rhodamine red, PMS purple, etc.
  cannot be coated.
• Varnish and aqueous coatings must be a compatible primer and not an over
  coat.
• Spray powder must be at a minimum to prevent reoughness.
• Press sheets need to have 1/2" gripper edge on all sides.
• Some paper may crack and inks may flake on scores and folds.
• Standard U.V. coatings are not receptive to gluing, foil stamping or
  labeling.
• Plates for pattern U.V. coating require a reverse reading negative, emulsion
  down.
• Pattern areas may vary up to 1/32".
• Provide a die line when glue tab knockouts are required.
